The main responsible gas for the Green House Effect is the CO2 (Carbon Dioxyde) Never the less there are many other gases that, despite the minimal quantity in the atmosphere have an important GH effect.
- CH4 methane
- N2O Nitrous Oxyde
- HFC Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) are greenhouse gases (GHGs) commonly used by federal agencies in a wide variety of applications, including refrigeration, air-conditioning (AC), building insulation, fire extinguishing systems, and aerosols
- PFC Perfluorinated Compounds. PFCs are greenhouse gases which are used in the semiconductor manufacturing process.
- SF6
- CFC
